1. Do I need to make a reservation before visiting Bahia?

Reservations are not required, but we do recommend booking for dinner or larger groups. Walk-ins are welcome, though reservations guarantee the best beachfront tables at Bahia Gili Air.

2. Do I need a reservation to use a sunbed?

No reservation is needed. Sunbeds are available on a first-come basis with a minimum spend of 200K IDR per sunbed.

3. How can I make a booking at Bahia?

You can reserve a table through WhatsApp, Instagram, or by visiting earlier in the day. Our team responds quickly and accommodates last-minute requests whenever possible.

4. Can I cancel or change my reservation?

Yes. Simply let us know as soon as possible so we can offer the table to other guests. There are no cancellation fees.

5. What kind of food does Bahia serve?

Bahia specialises in fresh seafood and international dishes, prepared with seasonal, high-quality ingredients for a full island-inspired dining experience.

Yes. Our beach bar serves tropical cocktails, wines, beers, fresh juices, and creative signature drinks. Many guests are pleasantly surprised by our creative cocktail menu and chill beachfront atmosphere.

Yes. Our menu includes vegetarian and vegan favorites such as falafel, hummus, veggie burgers, burrata, cheese quesadillas, penne with tomato sauce, fresh salads, and more.

8. Is Bahia located directly on the beach?

Yes. Bahia sits right on the shoreline of Gili Air, with tables just steps from the sea. It is one of the island’s best spots for beachfront dining and oceanside cocktails.

9. Does Bahia accept card payments?

Yes. We accept cash and card payments. Card transactions include a 3% surcharge, so carrying some cash is recommended as ATMs can be limited on Gili Air.

10. Is Bahia family-friendly?

Definitely. Bahia is a family-friendly restaurant with a relaxed space where both adults and children can enjoy themselves. The beachfront setting is perfect for kids to play while parents relax.
